Nestled in the heart of beautiful Grove, Oklahoma, along the shores of Grand Lake of the Cherokees, G Sports Club was founded with one goal: to build the kind of fitness facility our community truly deserved. In 2008, mother-and-son team Dee and Sean recognized that Grove and the surrounding Grand Lake area lacked a full-service fitness club that could serve everyone—from first-time gym members and retirees to athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts. Instead of waiting for someone else to create it, they took on the challenge themselves.

That vision became a reality in May 2011, when G Sports Club proudly opened its doors. What began as a 6,000-square-foot facility has grown into one of the premier fitness destinations in northeast Oklahoma. Today, our approximately 10,000-square-foot club, complete with an expanded mezzanine level, continues to evolve with new equipment, upgraded amenities, and a commitment to providing an exceptional fitness experience for every member who walks through our doors.

While we've grown over the years, one thing has never changed: our dedication to providing a clean, welcoming, professionally equipped gym where people of every age and fitness level can feel comfortable, confident, and supported.
