For over 27 years, I've had the privilege of helping people improve their health, strength, and confidence. My journey as a personal trainer began in 2001 at 24 Hour Fitness, and one thing has never changed: every client is unique. I don't believe in cookie-cutter workouts or training everyone the same way. My focus is on understanding your goals, your challenges, and what success looks like for you. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your health, increase mobility, or simply feel better every day, your program should be built around your needs—not someone else's. My goal is not just to train you. My goal is to educate you, guide you, and give you the knowledge and confidence to continue your fitness journey long after our sessions are over. I want you to understand why you're doing what you're doing, so you can achieve lasting results and maintain them for life. Fitness isn't about being perfect. It's about creating a plan that works for you and building habits that help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident every day. Entered the San Francisco Police Academy in February 1982 where I quickly learned the importance of health and fitness. Worked in the Mission District for most of my career as a patrol officer and did my entire career on the street. During my career as an officer I received 6 Medal of Valor’s. 2 Bronze Medals, 2 Silver Medals, 2 Gold Medals and over 50 commendations along with being awarded Officer of the Year. I then took up Competitive Bodybuilding in 1992 which helped me mentally and physically.
Retired in May 2008.
